Twin direct AC servos

The original AC servomotor generates 3 times higher standard torque and 5 times higher starting torque than standard servomotors. The drive system consist of 2-servomotors and eccentric shaft, the two AC servomotors are directly attached to the end of the eccentric shaft. Non-wearable parts with few mechanical linkages are the key feature of this simple drive system. With this unique system realizes one of the world's highest hit rate of 400HPM in 1" center, reduced punching noise compared to the conventional machines, significant running cost & maintenance cost reductions are achieved.

Energy Saving

Reduces operating cost by conserving electrical consumption. EM technology stores and reuses energy generated during ram deceleration. Electrical comsumption is typically one-half or less that of hydraulic machines regenerative braking stores energy in capacitor bank for additional energy saving (like a hybrid car)
