AC Servo Direct Twin Drive
The AC Servo Drive has simple and well-balanced structure: special AC servo motors are directly connected to the right and the left ends of the eccentric shaft. With the streamlined operation, the mechanism has realized high hit rate and optimum stroke according to the sheet thickness.
Load- Leveling Power Circuit Saves Electricity
This is a new mechanism to collect and store in a capacitor the energy generated while brake is applied to the ram and enables reusing the stored energy for accelerating the ram.
Z Turret (Upper and lower turrets with different diameters) substantially reduces die change time in order to increase operation time. (optional)

P&F mechanism (optional)
P&F mechanism offers die positioning in increments of 0.01mm as well as a variety of processing capabilities (utilizing lance die etc.). It has achieves high-precision positioning, constant pass line and 25mm of feed clearance. These features collectively enable high-form height fabrication.

Power Vacuum Mechanism
Prevent slug pull during high speed punching.
Power Vacuum slug pull system (Slug Pick-Up prevention for small diameter die) Strong downward airstreams will be generated inside the die to extract slug. This system enables shorter penetration (where punch enters only 1mm into die)
 
Negative pressure is generated and makes slugs go down.
Fine Contouring Process
Laser Processing-equivalent finish for special & R shapes. Specialized nibbling tool enables nibbling at pitches less than sheet thickness. As a result, filling after processing is no longer necessary. Even hit count is increased, process time can be significantly reduced owing to Ultra High-speed processing.
Safety inch bending process (optional)
Automatically completes minimum flange bending.
This process method enables downward bending where burrs are internally oriented. It also enables to perform minimum flange bending and bending of R too small for
Pressbrake processing.
