profile and length of bending and changes the tools accordingly in an automatic
manner. While the time for set up is sharply reduced, production efficiency is

With the TBZ unique control mechanism,

With an eccentric shaft and an AC servo motor, the bend
beam can be positioned at a high speed and with high precision so that the optimal
clearance for the material and thickness is automatically selected. This provides
high-quality processing and a higher working efficiency.

saves maintenance trouble.
A total axis AC servo motor saves maintenance operations
for any conventional type, such as renewal of hydraulic oil. It cuts down the
running costs and reduces noise and vibration a great deal which are produced
when the system is in operation. This serves to realize a quiet and clean shop
