What is the HDS series?

The HDS-NT Series are down stroke bending machines that feature our uniquehybraulic-controleed "Hybrid Drive System" powered by the highly responsive AC servomotors.  The result is quick movement of rams, and bending precision in microns. In addition, the enhanced speed of the back gauge has achieved phenomenal high speed and high precision.  These next-generation machines that are "armed" with many surprises make a great contribution to resource savings, power savings, and noise reduction.

Hybrid Drive

The pump rotates in both ways to control the up-and-down movement of the table.   This is the secret of minute feeding (0.001 mm)!
The volume, pressure and direction of oil are automatically controlled by the combination of both a two way pump and AC servomotor. At the same time, its energy-saving and environmentally friendly design reduces energy loss and volume of operating oil as much as possible.

Longitudinal accuracy

The pressure of the upper table can be separately controlled.
The upper table can control the tilt with the individual cylinders. (50% of offset load) The hybrid crowning cylinders can adjust the compensation during the bending process.

The longitudinal accuracy is achieved by the active Hybrid Crowning System operating during pressurization of materials.

Positioning

New back gauge with high speed and high precision
-. With NC control, the new back gauge can freely move back the forth, side to side, and up and down.
-. The gauge's straightness is improved by the adoption of the high-stiffness stretchers.
