What is LCC1 Series?

All necessary technologies are built into the LC-C1 series. Quick set-up functions release the operator from complicated and time consuming setups, allowing for superior productivity. The LC-C1 achieves high accuracy and high quality through process integration, such as the high speed changeover between laser cutting and punching, unique forming and tapping functions combined with energy saving systems. In addition, the compact size of machine will utilise limited space more effectively.

Enhanced accuracy

The LCC1 Series processes parts with a stable accuracy of +/-0.07mm during high speed punch and laser operations. When combined with high quality cutting and 3 high speed axes the advantages are clear.

New High Rigidity Frame
Amada is the originator of the bridge frame turret punch press. The precision-welded and stress relieved frame is made using 40 mm thick steel plate to help ensure stable, reliable production, while providing increased tooling life.

High speed transition between Synchronized Laser and Punch

The Laser cutting head stand-by position is on the turret side opposite to the single servo press drive.

Multi-Purpose Turret(MPT)

The multi-Purpose Turret allows several processes, such as punch piercing, up and down forming and tapping, to be integrated into one machine cycle. 4 'special stations' can be used for different sized taps or standard punches. 3 'Die Lift-Up' stations allow trouble free high forming to be achieved. The MPT turret results in drastically reduced set-up, increased productivity and higher quality.
