Compact, heavy-duty,
fully automatic band saw mounted on a sturdy swivel joint, for economically cutting
solid, structural and hollow materials of all grades, including inconel, hastelloy
and titanium individually or in bundles.
In automatic operation mode, the segment length and number of pieces may be preselected.
The combined feed pressure system offers the advantage of being able to select
feed pressure according to the particular cutting task: e.g. constant feed pressure
for solid material that is hard to machine or load-dependent feed for tubes and
profiles.
Short cycle times thanks to a patented material probe including automatic switching
between quick traverse and feed. The chip conveyor is a standard equipment. |
