What is RGM2 Series?

For more than 40 years, Amada's RG Series of press brakes have been proven performers with 70,000 machines delivered worldwide as upstroke machine. Combined with Amada's advanced CNC and backgauge controls, the RG press brake series offers unparalleled performance and precision, enhanced by highly simplified setup. The RGM2 Series represents the next generation of RG up-acting press brakes. New features include increased processing speed (1.3 times faster) and increased backgauge speed (3 times faster than previous models). The RGM2's state-of-the-art control provides precise bending control over bend angle, ram speed and backgauge positioning.

Central pressure application/Center roller guide method

Dropping at the middle of the product is prevented and product processing with high accuracy is realized with central pressure application method.


Even more accurate balance is maintained with the roller guide method, which has a guide that can be used over a long distance. This type is maintenace free.



InterLock frame structure

Compared with a welded structure, there is no deformation or deflection, and there are no changes to processing accuracy even when the machine is used for extended periods of time.

FR Bending

The step of FR bending can be calculated automatically just by input of inside radius.
