We aim to achieve full support of Amada machines for our customers, from delivery and installation, to setup and trial operation and then through the operational life of the machine.

We ensure your Amada machine continues to operate at peak performance, whilst downtime and production disruption are kept to a minimum. We will enable our customers to master all functions and capabilities of their Amada machines, as well as operating them for simpler procedures.

We provide services as below:


1. Training
Based upon request, we will provide additional training for customers who want to know how to use Amada machines and software. At our solution center, you can learn about specific operations of Amada machinery and software. Our professional engineers will support you in every detail. We can also provide training at your workplace should you require.


2. Preventive Maintenance
Key to ensuring your machine is running to its optimum and avoiding breakdowns are the planned service inspections. We will periodically check and tune your machine using high spec digital equipment in order to ensure the machine will be operating well when it is needed most.


3.Repair
In the event that your Amada machine has a breakdown we will react quickly to have you in production again. We will provide our best endeavor to provide the required service by either telephone or in person during week within 24 hours of receiving your request.


4.Service Contract
Our service engineer will check the condition of your Amada machine regularly. We will carry out preventive maintenance as needed. Service Contact enables you to minimize your costs by avoiding unexpected breakdowns as well as to equalize payments toward ensuring stable machine operation.
