A fire at the Telstra Parklea Exchange in Sydney on 8th May caused extensive damage which continues to impact broadband and phone services in nearby areas including Bella Vista where our Sydney head office is located. We have been advised that the estimated time for restoration is 19th May 2017 at this stage.

We are currently operating business as usual, having arranged an alternate solution to receive incoming calls and emails. However, there may be some delay in our service due to this network outage. Please bear with us if our responses are not in our usual timely manner.

Please also note that our facsimile service (02 8887 1101) is not available at the moment due to this issue. Please send any documents by email instead to ”amada@amada.com.au”.
