About the role

Due to strong growth we are currently looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administration / Reception staff who is capable of handling all aspects of office administration tasks as well as incoming calls and reception. This is an ideal opportunity for a person looking to leverage their skills and experience and work for a global, reputable company with a professional, supportive team.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • All aspects of office administration and general affairs tasks (including support for the management / other members)
  • All aspect of machine service related administration tasks, such as quoting and invoicing machine services, schedule management as well as service maintenance contract management.
  • Customer data management – updating customer registrations, products and service contract information on company systems.
  • ERP system data update (price update, new product update etc)
  • Attending incoming phone calls and reception
  • Open show preparation (catering, customer list management etc)
  • Covering duties for other office staff while they are on leave

Skills & experience

  • More than a few years of experience in office administration, reception or customer service in an English-speaking environment
  • Experience of using ERP system
  • Above intermediate Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • High communication & organization skills
  • Able to work in a team environment, flexibility to take on various duties depending on company’s requirement
  • Hours: 8:30 - 17:00
  • Holding either Australian citizenship or PR
